At the conclusion of a weeks-long celebration of a lunar year renewed, the streets of Lower Manhattan were once again filled with spectacular sequins, fluttering flags, and prolific performances. Spectators from all over amassed on the sidewalks to partake in the revelry and welcome in the year of the Fire Horse.
